No, we don’t ask you for your payment details during the trial period. You will be required to provide them only when you are satisfied and intent to purchase a subscription plan.
Yes, absolutely. Every plan contains the full functionality, unlimited segments, dashboards, campaigns, users and many more features.
The appropriate subscription plan will be assigned automatically to you based on your average monthly orders over the last 3 month. Every month, we’ll check if your average monthly orders in last 3 months still falls within currently assigned plan and if not, we’ll automatically downgrade or upgrade your subscription for the following month so that you always pay the minimum possible price.
We count your orders in the last 3 months up to your billing day and calculate the average monthly amount.
WooSniper synchronizes all WooCommerce available data related to your customers, orders and products, regardless of the amount and regardless of how old it is.
WooSniper synchronizes all customer data (including personal data) as it is relevant in uniquely identifying your customers (i.e.by customer email address) and for facilitating communication (e.g. name, etc).
Your data is 100% safe with us as we are fully GDPR compliant. However, you can still choose to import the sensitive data anonymized (i.e. real personal data will be programmatically replaced by random fake data in order to preserve both the correct customer identification and the data privacy).
If you import anonymised customer data in WooSniper, you will not be able to experience the benefits of automating CRM campaigns, tracking and evaluating their performance. You can always change this by re-importing the WooCommerce data not anonymized.
You don’t need to explicitly cancel your trial. It will expire automatically 30 days after registration. .
After purchasing a subscription plan, you can opt for canceling it at any time. You will still be able to use WooSniper to its full extent until the end of your last billing cycle. During this time you can still change your mind and activate it back.
After the trial expired or the subscription was canceled, your account and WooSniper instance will be inactive but still available for a 3 months period. At the end of the 3 months, your account and your shop related data will be deleted from WooSniper. You can also explicitly request for early deletion at any time.
